1.1. World Taste Award Boutique is operated by World Taste Award, based in Australia.
1.2. We supply printed merchandise, marketing materials, and award tools primarily for World Taste Award participants and partners.
1.3. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion (e.g., for pricing errors, incorrect product information, or suspected misuse).

2.1. All Products offered in our boutique are printed and produced on demand according to your order specifications.
2.2. As such, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded. Please ensure all product details, artwork, and quantities are correct before confirming your order.
2.3. Any visual mock-ups provided are illustrative and non-contractual. Final colours, finishes, and proportions may vary slightly due to printing and production processes.

3.1. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Prices exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.
3.3. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Orders will not enter production until payment is received in full.
3.4. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their country. These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities upon delivery.

4.1. We ship worldwide from Australia using trusted courier partners. Delivery times vary based on destination, production schedules, and customs clearance procedures.
4.2. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
4.3. Risk in the Products passes to you upon shipment. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 5 business days of any issues.

5.1. Because our Products are made-to-order and customised, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or make an error in your order.
5.2. If a Product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your order, please contact us at boutique@worldtasteaward.com within 5 business days of receipt. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue.
5.3. If a manufacturing or printing error is confirmed on our part, we will offer a replacement of the affected items at no additional cost. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.

6.1. All World Taste Award logos, medals, and branding elements are the intellectual property of the French Sensory Collective and may only be used in accordance with the Artwork License Agreement accepted during registration.
6.2. Award logos and designs must always be displayed in connection with the specific product for which the award was issued.
6.3. You may not reproduce, resell, or alter our designs beyond the licensed use without prior written consent.

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our Products.
7.2. Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product in question.
7.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees or rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8.2. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
